Phone rats

I’ve added a new category to the blog here called phone rats, which will have stories and so on depicting the experience of what it’s like to work at a call center providing computer technical support (which I do). I will still keep the werk department which is just about standard corporate stuff.. mostly. (grin)

So.. watch for it. Should be good.
